• Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa reversal).

• Exchanges:

  • Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product or an item of equal value.

• Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an incorrect product was delivered.
